One-to-one coaching or mentoring
One-to-one coaching or mentoring suits people who want to speed up their growth process.
The program is flexible and more interactive between the coach and the client. They will work together to build the development goal based on the client’s current situation, dream, challenges, or purpose. Clients will progress faster on their development journey and become more fulfilled with who they are. They will continue to thrive even after the program.
However, training or group/ team coaching is sometimes advisable before, in between, or after the private session program.
Group or Team Coaching
