Step 1 – Share your context

Step 2 – 30-minute video call

We meet on Zoom or Google Meet. I listen deeply, ask clarifying questions, and share first impressions — without jargon or buzzwords.

Step 3 – Thoughtful follow-up

If there’s a clear next step, I’ll suggest it. If there isn’t, you’ll still walk away with a few practical reflections you can use immediately.
